"Service not satisfactory. Poor response times. It took a while to receive a response to my request for a tutor for my child. I was eventually provide with details of a tutor whuch I contacted. Unfortunately, I was informed by the person that they were not aware of my request and that they did not have any vacancies for my child. It was a waste of time for me and a disappointment. I was lucky a friend introduced me to a tutor and my child is now receiving lessons."
