"A variety of doctors here. I never see the same one twice which is disappointing, but it happens. Wait times are very long. I had to leave for another appointment as the waiting was to long here. I haven't been back since. It's sad, as one of the doctors I got I liked and it's rare to find a doctor you like these days."

"Being going there my whole life and never had a problem till a few years ago to the point I'm now moving doctors. I shouldn't be told by a doctor to just deal with it and live through until it clears up and I shouldn't have to go to 3 different doctors before I get tested for influenza a to find out I have influenza which quickly turned into umonia cause it wasn't treated fast enough."

"After going to this doctor surgery for the past 30 years I have been left feeling like they don’t care. They have recently brought in a policy that if you have any cold and flu symptoms you can’t be seen, you can only have a phone consultation or be referred to their respiratory clinic within the next few days. We will not be returning to this clinic and I recommend if you want to go somewhere that actually care about you, do not go here. Such a shame!"

"I started seeing Dr Robert & Dr Katie at the surgery who I would highly recommend to anyone both for their sincere and genuine interest in there work and attitude towards their patients needs. I then because of the convenience factor took my scripts to the chemist there and I can honestly say I have never seen another chemist contribute so much of their time into caring for their clients needs both professionly and personally. A chat and a cup of tea with them can turn a bad or lonely day for someone especially the elderly into a great day. Freddy and his team are Truely wonderful and a rare group of people who should be role models for everyone working in the health sector as it is Truely rare to find such a special caring and dedicated group of people. At times yes they may be a little busy and you maybe be caused to wait a few mins longer but just take a moment to think about the time they take to say a few kind words that is going to make a huge difference to someone who is having a bad day or who are just lonely and in need of a few kind words. It maybe someone very close to you or one day even yourself. So next time you visit the little chemist on the corner of Neil & Jame Steet remember you are in good hands and a Quiet Thank You for simply being kind is a very rare thing today and such a simple few words would mean a lot to them. I thank Fred and the girls at that little chemist for everything they have done not only for me but for everyone else out there that may have just needed to feel special or a valuable part of the community even if it is just for a few moments.
