"Attempted to make an online order on the 24th May, after clicking 'Submit Payment' the money was taken from my account but the order did not complete the process online. I have submitted an online customer service from, called the Hawthorn head office and called the local branch a number of times and three weeks later I still have no idea what they are doing with my money. I have requested a phone call and confirmation of how they are solving this and to date I have not had any proper communication from them. Their customer service is severely lacking to say the least! Not keen on shopping here again and would strongly recommend not using the online service. Make sure you have the product in hand before paying!!"

They have sales fairly often which helps make prices more reasonable. A pleasant shop to browse in and let your imagination go for your inner interior design dreams."
