"Absolutely appauling. They cant measure or even build quality cupboards to what youask. Brett the manager thinks a tiny bunch of flowers will fix everything for all mostakes made and even says they are excuses and nothing more he can say. Then he wont fix the.problem. nothing was ordered when it was meant to be resulting in continual follow up with shane who kept saying everything will be done in 2 weeks only to find out two mo ths later it wasnt even started. Had to pay.for extra storage.fees for their stuff up. Cupboards were made too small and no kickboard as asked, stove comes out.past cupboards cause made incorrectly with poor quality material. Draws had to be redone, the stone was never ordered and then no date was given when shane ordered it cause he never even did it! Were told it was cut out in the house but the stone guys had done it before which they were great and appauled themselves how a 70yr old lady was treated who had no kitchen for 6 months post a flood and paid fully 4months ago thinking you would be priority. I would hate to think they would treat there like this. Would not reccommend paytons kitchens in toowoomba. The boss goes on holidays making customers wait. They are cheap and nasty but you pay good money for a slow poor quality job and wait forever despite pushing."
