"Food adequate for pub meal, came out quickly, disappointing about the hidden surcharge (being a Sunday when lots of people tend to have lunch out) . Main issue was open bullying behaviour from service staff towards another team member and then being made to feel like an inconvenience when ordering food by same staff. We understand short staffing and pressures but speaking to someone else in that way is not on."

"Prices were expensive considering it was just 'pub grub'. There was some confusion at the register, but our meals were bought put relatively quickly. The food was OK but did not justify the high prices. We stayed for the quiz. It was more than an hour after we finished eating that someone came to clear the dirty plates. Drink prices were also very high. Quiz was rum by two local radio personalities. The questions were good, but too much time between each question, and music constantly playing in the background was annoying. We also weren't told the scores until the very end. We ended up second and won $75 voucher. At some stage we will have to go and spend it but we might leave it a while to see if the service improves."

"Chips ordered lacked salt. Venue is nice and clear. It has a playground area which would be great for kids. The food here is a let down. Drove from the city and I don't think it's worth the drive. The venue needs to pick up its game in terms of food quality as the atmosphere is nice. Replay of NRL games on their tv screens. Cake was nice and well presented."

"I am a wheelchair and mobility scooter user. I am exceedingly impressed with the layout of this venue, there are wide spaces to get around and this means it is a very enjoyable experience. As far as the facilities go the disabled toilets are accessible and well thought out. The staff are very friendly and ensure all your needs are catered to, well done guys! If I had to make one small criticism it would be that although the doors are widened and easy to get through it could do with having a push button electric door both on the front of the venue and on the disabled toilets. Other than this minor improvement I thoroughly recommend this venue as a disabled client."

"Very family orientated. Pros Large Kids play area Pokies Tab betting Large open areas Good food Cons The car park sucks. The staff are succinct. Now some people done like this but I much prefer it like that. The atmosphere feels welcoming with alot of light and open areas and most importantly the bar is massive. The only thing I don't like is the brick car park but thats just being picky End of line"
