"Not happy at all. Wasn't infomed of the call out fee. Even though it would have been more expensive to fix the dish washer than buy a new one, they still quoted the fix price. The call out fee was half the price of a new dish washer! Professionalism was poor as they left the ultimatum for the fee to be reffered to a debt collector without even contacting us."
"We have been using these guys for years. They don’t just do air conditioning but also white goods. Our oven, microwave and clothes dryer have all been repaired by them. They are prompt and call before they arrive to give ETA. In fact on several occasions they have been early. They always check if arriving early will inconvenience us. One thing they have never been is late. We have had emergency callouts and they have gone out of their way to respond. The technicians are pleasant and clean up after themselves."
"Extremely shocked and disappointed by the unprofessional, rude and disrespectful customer service provided by this company today. First, dealt with the receptionist who failed to appreciate the nature of the emergency in the house, and advised that the only booking she could give was over a week away. Then on asking to speak to a supervisor got to speak to a lovely lady who understood the nature of the problem and who made a booking in 24 hours. However, due to the urgency of a leaking pipe on electrical wires, I was able to get an appointment in 2 hours with another company. I called this company back as a courtesy and once again encountered this unprofessional receptionist. On telling her that I wanted to speak to the lady that helped me earlier, so that I could apologize that I had to now cancel the booking and thank her for her help, was directed to a man who abused me over the phone, falsely accused me of swearing at the receptionist and cut the line. Fair to say I will not be using this company again. And to the owner of this business if you have a receptionist who can so blatantly lie to you (listen to your call recording) about what a customer said in order to hide her incompetence I wouldn't be trusting them with my business and my money. Very disappointed customer. Update 13/10/21: Expressing urgency for a job over the phone does not equate to verbal excuse. You wouldn't be making false accusations if you listened to the voice recording. Secondly the other more experienced staff member would not have made an appointment for me (and stated that it was the inexperience of the first staff member to deal with the urgent matter) if you believed that I verbally abused the customer service representative. On the other hand being rude to customers when I called back to thank the lady who helped me (but was not allowed to speak to her) and unfortunately had to cancel the booking (which is why you are falsely labelling this as verbal abuse) because I was able to get in someone else sooner to deal with an urgent matter is unprofessional. You need to learn to listen to customer issues and train your staff better."
"Have a 5yr old relatively expensive fridge, Tim spent 5 minutes looking at it and said it's not worth fixing (regas) without providing a ballpark figure on how much it would cost to fix. Not interested in fixing it at all. Received the invoice for the work in the afternoon 8 days later - with a due date the same day! A few days later I got a call, the person on the line said that I can settle the bill immediately over the phone with a credit card. Wouldn't call them again. Maybe it was just a bad day though - we all have those."
