"I book my Fait Ducato in for a service 2 weeks ago advising I want a 25 k log book service and the air filter needs replaced, as I found a mouse in the air box a few weeks ago. Today I get the van serviced $600 cash, I marked a screw on the air box with white paint, back at the camp site I notice the same white mark so I take the lid of and low and behold no new filter and not even blow out with an air hose! So I call them going over the above and get this nonsense story, first there are no air filters in Darwin, that may be so but he had 2 weeks to get one in, why did he not blow it out instead as is best next practice? He thought it best not to bother? Really a filter chewed at by a mouse and it’s best to leave it alone, even if anything was true the fact he didn’t tell me any of this till I checked says much. Also the fact he still charged me full price for the service but didn’t do the work shoes his dishonesty, give him a big miss you have no idea what he is doing or not doing to your vehicle ."

"Totally disappointed after my last visit in a2y. I took my Mercedes 320cdi for a log book service and a transmission oil and filter service. Transmission service quoted at Max 450$,at the end he charged 600$as he said he used extra oil.i supplied own oil and oil filter and charged 225$ for 1,5 hours work to do just the oil replacement. I asked to replace and the fuel filter,by the time he was printing the invoice I had a quick check to find out the filter never been changed. I asked the owner if they replaced and he said of course we did! When I show him the filter was the old one he tried to find excuses and asked me to go next week to fix it. Bonnet shocks were broken on top of all these and he said it was like this from before(I have to pay 600$ now to order and replace because of there mistake). The following week I've been again for the fuel filter,it took them 45 minutes to replace it(job of 10 min for an experienced mechanic),and charged me 115$ for the filter(I found out price is 70$ in burson),and 120$ work as they didn't know how to do the work. The worst is I don't trust if they did and the transmission service as I don't see any change in how it works."
