"Staff at furniture section are not helpful, worse customer service. Says one thing prior buying and once paid changed their word and promises. I would never recommend anyone. May be some are good but the one we dealt with was not good."

"Brought a rather expensive table last week at Harvey Norman Toowoomba. When we opened the box the top was broken. Phoned the store and was told by the floor manager that I would receive an email to which I could reply to. No email 2 hours later, I phoned twice, no email as I was told that ' emails take a long time to get to you' I asked them to check to see if they had the correct email they refused 'husband rang and spoke to a lady she resent the email to my husband and I. Very rude and poor service. still haven't received a reply or an email. We still have the smashed table"
