As my love quite far from my closest store, I called ahead to ask if they had a certain set of working headphones on display for me to test to which the salesperson said yes. So I drove over, waited 15 minutes before finally being acknowledged and assisted only to be told they were not working. An absolute waste of my time and not to mention just lack of care for customers. Team needs a 101 on customer service."
