"I can't understand all the positive reviews this restaurant has because the food we received here on the 04th of July was just dreadful. We ordered King Prawns with cashews, Lemon Chicken, Special fried rice and some spring rolls. For starters, the King Prawns with cashews was FULL of zucchini (see photo). It was ridiculous how much zucchini it had in it. Seriously, if you think you can do this and not put people off so much that they just don't come back, then you're in the wrong business. The prawns, carrot and zucchini (and scattering of cashews) weren't in a nice sauce either, they were floating in a brown 'soup'. I guess they can't afford cornstarch at this restaurant.... The lemon chicken probably wouldn't have been so bad if I could have actually eaten the lemon sauce. It was just atrocious. It wasn't lemony, it wasn't sweet and sourish like it should have been, it was just BITTER and inedible. I tried putting some sugar in it but that didn't help it one little bit. It was disgusting and actually offended me more than the sub par Prawn with cashews. To add insult to injury the fried rice was gluggy and so were the spring rolls (they both had an odd after taste too). All in all it was the most dismal experience we've ever had with Chinese food here in Toowoomba. We only went there because the Garden Restaurant doesn't open on a Tuesday and we had a craving for Chinese food. It's a shame we didn't stay home. It's also a shame we can't leave a negative rating, because this place honestly doesn't deserve even one star....."

"Got three meals there recently as takeaway. The restaurant is spotlessly clean so top marks there. The staff were friendly, the prices were reasonable and the food came out in good time. All the food elements were fresh and nicely cooked, the only issue was that across the three meals they were bland. There were no nice interesting Asian sauces in evidence, it was about what i would cook at home, a bit boring. Happy to go back and try other dishes but spice it up a bit guys."
