"Appointment at 8.20am, but was told to wait for at least 1 hour because general examination time for the patients before me started at 8am and it takes 1.5-2hours for the examination. Why can't I come at 10am after the first batch of patients are done rather than asking me to come at 8.20am to wait until 10am? So unorganised! Please don't come here!"

"Booked in for a vaccination based on upcoming travel. Arrive, do my paperwork and wait outside for 30+ mins past my appointment time. The nurse (nice person) comes out and tells me they don't stock said vaccine, because they are not a travel clinic. This is despite me explicitly explaining during the phone call booking process, that I am travelling and therefore need a specific vaccine. Try somewhere else in future"

"I haven't a bad thing to say about Sonic. When I arrived for my Workcover appointment I was greeted by a smile from the counter staff. Dr Edwin Mark Butler was very clear and concise about everything and made me feel comfortable the cunsult. Would recommend to anyone."
