"I've been going to Specsavers for years. The reason I go there is because they have the history of what I have done to my glasses and I get the same thing every time. Sadly this last trip has been a complete disappointment. Most of the staff are absolutely lovely and some have gone well above and beyond and I am very grateful for that. On my last visit however, I was offered one selection of glasses and told to find something else myself if I didn't like it. Then when I received my glasses, they didn't have the transitions on them I always had and I suspect none of the other protective coatings I usually get. I've got 2 sets of glasses now which are simply not fit for purpose. Will not be returning. Update - The link provided in response to this review to leave feedback with the store works as well as the service received. The experience is not improving. And if you were serious about this, then the store would do it's own research on my issue and follow up, rather than have broken links sent for me to do more to improve this situation."
