"I had probably the worst pharmacy experience of my life here. The staff had no idea on the promotions and when I asked I was met with alot of awkwardness from staff not knowing. I also tried to pay with cash and was told card only and was moved along to wait at another register whilst there was a line up of people behind me. The staff member on the cash register came across as rude and like I was an inconvenience to her. Definitely won't be back again."
"They have a huge variety of products and excellent staff that know what they are talking about. However, most of the time I come in, it is frequently messy and staff have a hard time helping all the customers that need it. I wouldn't say it is understaffed, i would say that there is not enough movement from who work there. Staff stand around in the same section. As a suggestion, have one person doing stock and the rest of them doing customer service. Maybe practice allocating time for each customer when you help them-lets say 5 mins per customer for when it is super busy- that way more service can be provided in a more efficient and timely manner yet, with clear and concise information The person on front desk should focus on hair care section and front bins more with stock and customer service. Customers understand busy schedule more than you realise. They are happy to wait on you if you provide them with suggestions of products to try or read about while a staff member serves on the counter. Other than that, the customer service is great when it is received, and there is a lovely presence in Priceline Pharmacy all the time. Sales are amazing and the store is always captivating to walk into"
