"Pre booked a day before to see a doctor. Appointment was 10:15am . I was still in a waiting room at 11:20am."

"Really bad service, they did bulk billing without making me aware while seeing the doctor and I ask them why you did bulk billing then they simply responded it depends on doctor. I felt like it was scam. If I would be aware if bulk billing I wouldn’t have seen that doctor. Charging customers without making them aware before they see doctor is really bad. I wouldn’t have felt bad if they would have made me aware prior but charging after seeing doctor without having any option and giving some nonsense answer considered to be scam. Sad but can’t do much about it and I’m sure medical centre wouldn’t care about this review."

"Pretty appalled by the service I have received this morning. I have been a patient for a couple of years now and have a wonderful doctor. I booked an appointment online and rang asking to make it a Telehealth. It has been a while since I’ve seen my doctor, but under the required 12 months to still qualify for a Telehealth. I was told that seeing as it’s been 8 months I can’t have a Telehealth. I explained its under 12 months and I have moved away and I would like a telehealth as I have symptoms and I can’t speak to any other doctor (as I haven’t required one since moving therefore don’t qualify for telehealth anywhere else). I was then told seeing as I haven’t seen my doctor in the last couple of months and seeing as I have moved away they cannot give me an appointment over the phone. Not sure why I am being discriminated against for moving away. Disappointed in a clinic I have really trusted with my health to let me down when I need help."
