"very disappointed for customer service!!!, I was asked the little girl to find a size of my shoes! Then the man come up with my shoes and show my shoes to the wrong person, I try to tell him that the shoes that his showing to that Asian lady is the shoes that I asked for (the Asian lady just walk in and didn’t know anything about what going on)!!! But he just tell me to wait with annoying face and just walk away me, not listen to me at all and Luckily the shoes the his show to that Asian lady she like it and want that shoes also (and that shoes it’s a last pair in the shop)! I explain them but no one can’t work it out for me and what them tell me is tell me to get something else or Order if I want that shoes!!! What fair service here !!"
"Very disappointing customer service at cairns central! We purchased a pair of shoes and was waiting to pay. We saw that there were spray on testers (with testers label) for odour control at the shop and was told that we can’t try them. Firstly, please remove your tester label, secondly how do your customers know if the odour control or water proof spray works before buying the whole kit? It’s not a spray once protect for life so if it works surely we will be back for the kit. VERY NOT WELCOMING AND STINGY APPROACH!"
"I was in this shop about 2 weeks ago after 5pm. When I asked to try a pair of shoes, the staff was rude and said "its a bad timing" to which I told him "if its a bad timing, I can come another day". And he said its just that we are closing off soon. He was very uninterested to serve a customer and I was very disappointed that rather than serve me in the 15 minutes before close, he made the effort to serve me rudely. Totally lacking the skills for Sketches... Need to get another job rather than clog up Sketches with all the negative ratings. Disappointed!"
