With an average of 320 days of sunshine each year, we have designed our park to make the most of this glorious weather. Families will find endless entertainment options at our park. The kids will love our water park, two playgrounds, jumping cushion, volleyball court, basketball court, trikes, and 18-hole mini-golf course. There's never a dull moment here!
When it comes to accommodation, we have options to suit every traveler. Choose from our range of cabins, villas, caravan sites, or campgrounds. Each option provides ample amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. BBQ areas and a children's playground are conveniently located nearby, allowing you to prepare your meals and keep an eye on the little ones.
Our cabin accommodation ranges from ensuite cabins that sleep up to 4 guests to spacious three-bedroom villas that can accommodate up to 9 guests. As a guest at BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Townsville, you'll have full access to all of our park facilities and activities.
For those traveling with caravans, camper trailers, or tents, we offer a variety of powered and ensuite powered sites. Rest assured, all site guests have access to our park facilities and activities.
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions before making a booking. We also have a pet policy in place, where pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly cabins and sites. Please note that a minimum $200 cleaning charge may apply if a cabin has been soiled.
We kindly ask that all pets be registered with the council and checked in at reception upon arrival. Pets must never be left unattended and must be kept on a secure leash when you are not in your tent or caravan. To ensure everyone's enjoyment, pets must not interfere with other guests' peace and quiet. Aggressive behavior or excessive barking will result in instant departure without a refund.
For the health and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed in communal areas or park facilities, including amenity blocks, camp kitchens, pools, splash parks, playgrounds, and lagoon areas. Owners are responsible for disposing of all pet waste appropriately.
Please check with our park for any size restrictions that may apply. We encourage guests to bring their dog's bedding to ensure their comfort during their stay.

"Rooms were practical and nicely situated. Service was great; Any assistance was given immediately and efficiently. It is a bit difficult to come & go during peak hour traffic and external car-park would benefit from increase in size, as can be difficult when multiple caravans or large vehicles coming in from the highway need somewhere to park and go into reception."

"This is wow for the kiddies. Splash pad, water slide plus a separate pool, large sand area with swings, 4 wheel buggies to hire. Reception was very organised with the paperwork. Nearby supermarket and other shops. I didn't stay in a room so can't comment on those. I expect they would be good though based on how the park looks."
"The park was great, staff, facilities etc. Unfortunately, we got little to no sleep due to the highway, a barking dog & a rooster going off every night. We also unfortunately had a view of a dump station, 4 skip bins & a septic pond. The smell was so horrible that we couldn't go sit out the front of our cabin without getting the huge whiff of poo coming across the cabin and making us feel ill. On a good note. The pool and facilities were amazing! We had a great time when we went out exploring the park and the staff were very helpful. Mixed feeling on leaving this review, as the park was great, just not the location of our cabin. Still recommend. Great for families with kids."
"Cabins were clean and tidy and bed were very comfy, facilities needed some maintenance as the kids water play park has sharp and rusted areas all over it and some features not working! Pool slides also needed maintenance kids didn’t slide down them as there wasn’t enough water. Grounds were messy and gardens needed a good tidy up. Staff where very friendly and helpful All over a good place to stay but just needs maintenance and some updated kids water play."
