"Absolutely Useless! My car took 7 weeks (originally told 3 weeks)to get from Alice Springs to Brisbane. It arrived damaged and no one wants to Communicate with me to find a solution....customer service support is non existent...serious rip off!"
"Price better than competitors, but 0 communication. Was given an ETA, called to track my shipment 2 days before ETA, was told it was loaded, on time and would be there on estimated date. Then after calling on "arrival date" got no answer for 3 days, before being told that it hadn't even left yet. Ended up being 8 business days late, no apologies and rude interactions with all staff except the bloke I picked it up from at Pinkenba in the end who was great. Highly recommend you improve your tracking service and not have such rude staff handling customer interactions. Probably use any other service if the timeframe matters."
"My car transfer from Perth to Brisbane and they made my car tyre damaged. And their policy is: As per our terms and conditions there is an excess of $800.00 is applicable per vehicle to all damages payable by the sender/receiver. So I have to fix my tyre by my pocket. It's unbelievable. This policy is unfair to customer and should check with ACCC later."
"Had my (new) car shipped from Melbourne to Brisbane. The driver delivered it (dirty so I could not really have a good look) and said there was no paperwork to be done and took off. Next day I cleaned it ready to get a safety certificate and rego. Noticed they had ripped a piece off from behind the rear left wheel (similar on rear right wheel too but only paint damage). Submitted the details only to be told to submit paperwork so they could discuss with the driver (like he is going to admit anything) but that without paperwork they would do nothing. Also brought my attention to the fact that they have an $800 excess so as this repair is $450 they don't need to do anything. So, as usual, buyer beware. I need to edit this review. SMB have accepted responsibility for the damage and agreed to pay for the damage. Credit where credit is due. Obviously I can't give them 5 stars as the damage was still done but I have upgraded the rating as a result of this resolution."
