"The service was slow, and one gentleman waited for quite a lengthy period of time for his takeaway. Staff did their job, but that was it in the way of service. Replenishing items on the sushi train was slow as well. The overall impression was that it appeared there were potentially a lot of new staff learning their job."

"I have been here numerous times, but of recent it has gone downhill. The wait time for food to be made was so long even though there was hardly anyone in there. The staff were rude, We used the bar code scanner to order food but we just needed a cup for my son, I asked the red headed lady as she walked past and she completely ignored us, twice. Then as we stood there waiting for the check, she ignored us again and rudely asked us to move out of the way as she walked past. We will be going to Mt sheridan from now own! Much nicer and friendlier!"
"normally come here once a week - service is average considering we have to wait to be greeted for such a period of time. went there tonight to pick up take away & was assisted by one of the workers to order my order as I couldn’t find something, which after 40 minutes + $40 more than I normally pay. I receive our food and the wrong order. I then question about it offering to still pay the additional price and get told they can’t do it just because there was no rice in the one they gave me???? Absolutely will not be going back. Terrible service, terrible communication."
