"Absolutely disgusting customer service. My partner went in today ask about an item the person said down the back. Could be bothered to show him as the 3 staff were to busy having a conversation of their own. He couldn't find what he wanted was. So walked back up the front to the 3 staff still having a conversation and still couldn't be bothered to help until he went to walk out. Then one ask are you right . He said since yous are so busy with your conversation and can't be bothered, don't worry about it, I will go somewhere else. I have also been in this store to purchase workwear twice and have never been back due to poor customer service. Staff always chatting with each other and not bothering with helping customers. I wasn't the only customer that walked out the day I was in their either. Obviously shouldn't be working their if you don't like customer service."

After I found my own size boots ans holstered please serve me!! She finally unwittingly came to my side to lace boots up!! Useless service Useless girl!!!+ No wonder there was no other customers in there!!! Service was 0"
"Zero service. 15 minutes looking at work boots, staff doing nothing and not bothered asking if I needed help. Dug through the boxes myself to find my size and try them on. Tried to pay by zip and afterpay but staff did not know how to do it and really didn't care less. Literally didn't care if I bought them or not. Very poor service."
