"Firstly I’d like to thank Ashley for your help where you could. My experience with snooze and their mattresses was absolutely terrible, I will never ever deal with this company ever again. One would think if the company orders the wrong mattresses they would compensate the cost of their mistake, not this bedding company, Specifically when you are spending $6500 plus. When you enter snooze they get you to lay on a bed pressure point tester which indicates what type of mattress is best. Mine indicated a soft mattress so the sales lady already knew this. I was already fully aware a plush soft mattress was the only mattresses I required as I had previously with wonder soft and sleep maker due to my back condition, ( a spinal fusion caused by having spondylolisthesis known as curvature of the spin pretty important wouldn’t you say. The sales lady was fully informed of my back condition. In the snooze Loganholme store they had a king plush mattress in sealy posturepedic and right next to that was the two extra long mattresses in a medium on the showroom floor. I confidently ordered the PLUSH mattresses of course but not in the king but in the extra long singles like the medium display. I went down the avenue with ordering a plush sealy posturepedic mattress as I read somewhere they were good for bad backs like mine. This purchased occurred on the 30th of June, I was informed it would take two weeks for the delivery, I did not have a problem with that at all, the 2 weeks had passed after calling them mind you only to be told they could have them in the warehouse, yes it’s in the warehouse only to receive a call back that it wasn’. This happened on two occasions, by the fourth time frustration was building up and unfortunately Ashley had receive my frustration, apologising immensely Ashley was totally understanding and responsive to my inquiry and offered two free toppers to compensate for the multiple delays. Beds arrived 3-4 days later in early August, note the purchased was on the 30th of June. Unfortunately when the mattresses were delivered I notice the pattern wasn’t right thinking oh may be they have changed the pattern, The first night sleep if one could call it that was taking 4-5 hour to even fall asleep this was not normal specially when it only took 5 mins previously, to have 4-6 hours sleep in TWO NIGHTS was not sub-stainable. To wake up with pins and needles was not normal not to mention my lower back being more painful. I went straight back to snooze to inform them there was some major problem, nothing seemed right and sure enough they had ordered the wrong mattresses, one would ask how could they have got it so wrong. 1: bed tester says soft mattress 2: sales lady was strictly informed of my back issues. 3: also strictly informed only ever had plush soft mattresses prior. Ashley came to my assistance thank you again Ashley and offered a solution that was in her control, not one that I was happy with of course, I found it to be a slap in the face and unprofessional that the company would not pay for their mistake. I even had the lady from the sealy posturepedic manufacturing ask me would they not compensate you in anyway. My reply no 0 zero nothing. 1: waited 5 weeks for the beds. 2: they ordered wrong mattresses 3: solution change the topper on the mattresses by the sealy posturepedic manufacturer and add the plush. 4: cost in total $810 to change the top of the mattress + pick up of the mattress and deliver back the next day bad luck we are not in the metro area. And to top it all off I was lead to believe that I had already payed for the plush mattresses when I first ordered them only to find out apparently not. Three weeks on still sleep deprived, pins & needles and pain in the lower back, out of pocket $810 I’m now waiting till the 31st for them to correct their mistake. I am absolutely disgusted, very disappointed and will never step foot in a snooze bedding store ever again. If I could have given a no stair rating I dam bloody would have."
