After I followed up was told another 4 weeks. Another 4 weeks gone by and no comms. I followed up, was told we will call you when it gets here... Another 5 weeks, no comms, I followed up again and told "it's just arrived! We can deliver on Sunday". Excellent only took 23 weeks. Delivery was great but when they unpacked there was no legs. After many calls and told "our warehouse is messy that's why we can't find your legs" after 3 days legs were found and someone came and fitted. No discount or anything could be offered for all the stuffing around eventually gave me a $100 store credit (for a store that sells $4000 sofas...) Cannot complain about the quality of the sofa but won't be buying from them again, no communication and no stock"
