"Would not recommend buying a bed from Sleeping Giant. We bought a bed from here October 2022 and paid for delivery and assembly. The two guys that assembled the bed (we didn’t know this then) where rushing, weren’t professional and the main thing - rounded most of the screws and threading the screws. We came across this when moving house which caused a wide variety of issues. When raising this to sleeping giant as we now can’t use the bed. Their response was it was our fault and that they will take no accountability under warranty. I would recommend buying your next bed from another place"
