The O Retreat

"I attended a one-day retreat with Nickie in September 2019. The venue is in a beautiful, largely untouched part of the state which is the perfect setting for a retreat. The day begun with some yoga, then we did some meditation, had a beautiful lunch, I enjoyed a super relaxing spa and massage before finishing up with some reiki healing. At the beginning of each activity Nickie carefully explained the activity and its purpose, we discussed my experience and Nickie answered my questions at the end. I found the day both informative and enjoyable. I walked away feeling incredibly relaxed. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone needing to take some time out of their busy lives."
