"Having worked in a salon previously I was confused by my experience with this business. I received a gift voucher for my birthday which was for a full body massage. As it was my first time here I assumed I would need to fill out a client information form, however I was not provided any paperwork to fill out. The service I received was great, the massage was well done but I was not asked about allergies or pressure preferences etc. the real issue arose at payment, the owner advised that the price for the service had gone up and I would need to pay the remaining amount. In my experience in the industry if your voucher is for a service, not a dollar amount it should be honoured regardless of a price change. The owner was rude in the way she spoke with my husband when he protested having to pay the remainder, overall bad business from the owner."
