"1st visit for flu symptoms & stomach bug in & out within 5 to 10 minutes no checking anything just ask questions subscribe something l can’t remember & hydrolite. Flu got worse turned into an throat infection so returned. 2nd visit the same subscribed antibiotics no repeats finished those still sick. Go to different doctors test blood pressure listen to chest check temperature & looks at throat. Ends up subscribing a stronger dose of antibiotics. Fingers crossed this gets me better if not I knock which doctor I’ll see next time"
"The worse heath care experience I’ve ever had seeing Kadiatou Diabagate. Refused to order blood test for a serious health concern and told me to see a different doctor who was permanent at the practice and could offer “continuity of care”. Why would you have health systems that capture test results so enable a continuity of care? Worst communicator and unbelievably rude, dismissive. I’m horrified someone like this is allowed to practice medicine and have so much power over peoples critical life outcome. Obviously only cares about the consult $$ as she will make you come back repeatedly, unnecessarily."
"I initially went to this practice for myself because I had a great experience taking my mum too see her regular gp Dr Reggie Ba-Pe. When I called in for my first visit sometime last year I was informed that Dr Ba-Pe was no longer taking any new patients. This was disappointing for me as I saw what a kind and helpful gp he was, but I thought since he was such a great gp maybe the other doctors there were too. Went in for my first visit can't remember who the doctor was. What I do remember is him struggling and lacking to empathize and getting annoyed at me when I slightly got dates confused for doc cert. I left feeling uncertain about the practice. So yesterday having been sick for a couple of days I decided to give it another shot. I called up and waited for about 10mins until someone spoke to me, Kelly I think her name was. She asked me if I had been there before in the last 12 months I said yes but I wasn't sure if it was within 12 months, then she look me up and tells me I've only been once making it seem as though I didn't qualify or something. She then goes to recite the months of when I was last there til now. I'm just genuinely trying to understand why this matters? Can someone explain to me. She asks if I have fever and I promptly tell her yes. I have fever, coughing all the above. She switches to okay, we'll give you a phone consult and you'll probably have to pay for it. At this point I'm just like ok whatever, I'm sick I just need help. My appointment for this phone consult was at 9:10pm that day so I was told. I waited, 9:10pm then it was 9:30, 9:50pm and still nothing. Thanks for making a sick patient wait around. I should've just gone to sleep instead. Mine is an experience that was once positive but ultimately became such disappointing one. I agree with the general consensus and wouldn't recommend this place unless you can see Dr Ba-Pe."
"Have had better experiences with GPs within this practice, but having now lost my regular GPs there, I've been forced to deal with rushed, rude, and unprofessional behaviour from other doctors there. The GP was late for his first appointment of the day (mine), and proceeded to essentially push me out the door, telling me to book another appointment."
