"I called up frantically trying to get into anywhere to get an ultrasound and from the moment Olivia picked up the phone she immediately made me feel at ease. After speaking with her I was offered to come sit and wait to see if I could get seen that day and I was just grateful for the kindness. Arriving at the office I was greeted by Emma who was also just as kind and caring as Olivia had been on the phone whilst checking me in and taking my details. I then was seen by Hung who did my ultrasound and was so kind as I was already so stressed and nervous. This whole appointment was nerve racking for myself but made so much less stressful due to your amazing staff so thank you Lumus thanks for having such compassionate and caring staff."
