"We had our little Moxie booked in to see Rhonda and had confirmed but a freak accident happened where a large book case feel on my wife's leg. She needed immediate medical attention as the injury was very severe, enough to temporarily put her in a wheelchair. Needless to say we missed our appointment with Rhonda.. After calling and apologizing twice for missing our appointment Rhonda still refused to book our dog in again with her. It's shocking the lack of compassion, even after we apologized twice for missing our appointment with her, but it's out of our hands. Unfortunately we won't be able to use Ronda again, and even though she's treated us this way, do wish her well."
