"My husband and I ate at Villa Allesandra based on local recommendations. No one seemed to have anything bad to say about the place. Despite my initial skepticism about the appearance (you are literally stepping into someone's house just with extra tables and chairs), the food pleasantly surprised us. The restaurant boasts authentic Italian dishes. We ordered Arancini, Sicilian Olives, Linguine Bolognese, Truffle Gnocchi, Cannoli, and Tiramisu. The flavours were beyond and our plates were licked clean. I was seriously contemplating ordering another plate of pasta even though I knew I didn't have any more room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, even helping us charge our phone. I was legitimately upset when it was time to go. Villa Allesandra's excellent reputation is well-deserved, and we'll definitely return whenever we're in the area again."

"My partner and I booked here for a dinner away from the children. I am so glad we did! What an amazing gem this place is. From the moment we stepped into the door we were greeted by the friendliest staff member. The service was next to none. The vibe in the place was romantic with low lighting. And the food was the best Italian i have ever eaten! That is a big call i know but it was so delicious. 5 stars is not enough. Also the BYO was an added bonus."

"Got takeaway here on Friday evening. The lasagne was VERY authentic, delicious if a bit oily. The truffle gnocchi with burrata was exactly what I needed on a cold night, after a tiring day. Was delicious. Only thing was the gnocchi may have been a bit over cooked. They were quite soggy. That didn’t hinder the enjoyment much. Staff friendly, service quick, restaurant ambience homely and cute, if a bit kitsch. I loved the fireman calendar - mr June (Dave, 52)!"

"The best dinner I ve ever had! Authentic Italian food cooked with lots of love ! Chef Gloria is soo sweet ! She came to our table and talk to us and offered free dessert (cause I m pregnant!) Giulia the waitress was super welcoming and I felt I know her since forever! The location is warm, beautiful and the food oh gosh is unbelievable! I’m Italian and I had my best meal here thousand of miles away! We will definitely go back asap and I will share this restaurant with everyone I know! "The food and experience here is amazing - I highly recommend the truffle creamy pasta. I’ve been a couple of times and try to visit whenever I can get back to the area. The setting is a converted house - so you have a really unique home cooked vibe to your intimate dining experience. Its BYO - so you can bring whatever wine or drinks you want to pair with your meal. There’s parking out the front and it’s close to the main hub of Tamborine mountain. It is not open every day - so best to call ahead and check. We couldn’t book in the last time I went because they were closed when we had anticipated to go."
