"We got our new family member from here(travelled down from Burnie) well worth the trip, great selection of dogs. Clearly very well cared for. There are very strict policies and procedures to adopting a dog, and they don't skip a step. It's clear that they have developed a set system that gets results and I tip my hat to them. Excellent centre , great volunteers , a true credit to their love for the tasmanian community"
"They have wonderful dogs, that are well looked after and very friendly."
"We’ve been visiting about once a week for a few months, looking for the right dog to add to our family. Today we headed over, it was a rainy weekday so we thought we might not need an appointment this time. We went over and were refused entry, if that was all that would have been fine. But the woman on reception was extremely rude. Put her head on the desk, sighed and repeated “you don’t have an appointment?” And just more awful attitude to follow. We weren’t allowed through and we won’t be back. We tried to adopt not shop, but looks like we have no choice now. She was just an awful person"
"Positive genuine carers, volunteering and visiting is a pleasure. They need lots more support financially. Digs pens clean and spacious grounds, the dog walk looks great with lots of scent trails to serenade your dog on the way."
