"Had my pump fail while we were on holidays so I had my Dad call them to get a warranty, they told him they didn't service our system. Had found the receipt for the yearly service paid and got him to call back only to realise they were a month over due for our service, by the time they came out it was 2 months over due. Communication is the key to happy customers, if I was communicated that our service was going to be late it would have been fine but with no communication it's not good enough. Have got a refund on the remaining balance of our yearly service. Wouldn't use these guys again as they only have one tech doing services and don't communicate."
