"Great spot to have a relax by the river. No amenities, picnic tables, grassy embankment down to the river for your luck at fishing."
"It seems like this place was once nice (going off the reviews) and having been there now, I can see the potential. Unfortunately the place has been neglected. So much rubbish everywhere - some of which looks like it was never cleaned up after the floods and other rubbish which has been brought in by people. It is also super overgrown with weeds, etc. limiting access to what could be good, usable space. The water also looks polluted. It would be an amazing little spot if council gave it some much needed attention."
"A lot of erosion since floods so no good for wheel chairs or frail quite steep the walk down to water and steep soft sand that falls away under your feet and water quite deep and fast flowing wouldn't swim in it as bull sharks snakes and eels have been seen in this river also a lot of debri floating in it but lots of sand now though no toilets"
