"Initially service was good and very informative. The last 2 services were very poor with a different person attending. I had to request both services what the chemical levels were as I was concerned, especially for the magnesium and was told on both occasions the levels were fine but they were not recorded. They suggested I could take a pool water sample in so they could tell me. Not sure why I would need to do that when they were attending to the pool. How can anyone say the levels are ok if they didn't record them. The last service I was advised the pool attendee forgot to add the chemical levels, then sent a report after he uploaded them but it wasn't a complete report. I was advised they have to take a specific device to test the magnesium. If you are servicing a magnesium pool shouldn't this be done. Really disappointed after the last 2 services so I cancelled the service."

"My pool was serviced for 10 years by a great guy who retired. Since then the new service guy charged me many thousands of dollars, and my pool has been unusable since August 2021. He was asking another $3000 for a new pool pump, and then more for servicing. Instead I called Poolworkx Jimboomba. Within a week and a half I had a new pump, a sparking blue pool and everything working perfectly for way less. The Poolworkz people were prompt, friendly, did a superb job. And the lovely Madelaine keep checking with me to make sure that everything was OK. So lovely to have everything back on track! I cannot recommend them highly enough!"
