"Really small and gets crowded really quick. The toilets are better outside the lounge. Customer service was alright. Decent decor with one end all glass giving you the view of the tarmac."
"Rudest and least helpful staff in all of Qantas. The two ladies that work there are extremely unhelpful and rude. My flight was cancelled by Qantas in the morning and the staff there wouldn't allow me in the lounge (a fully paid Qantas Club member) in the lounge (so I can arrange another flight to get home) as I didn't have a Qantas flight. Incredible lack of empathy and customer service. They need more training."

"The only Qantas lounge at Hobart. Small, although adequate for the size of the airport. Comfortable places to sit, clean toilets, hot and cold drinks. Food selection was very basic but you’re probably not going to be sitting here for hours. Better than waiting in the terminal."
"It’s a small lounge but the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was fine. Some of the amenities are need of refurbishment. On the plus side, there is a nice view of the runway and tarmac so you can see your plane arrive."
