"Went here for a family dinner recently as we wanted to try somewhere different. Given that there were a lot of us service was a little slower but that's understandable but after a long wait some people found their food more or less cold so it had to be returned. I had a meat lovers chicken parmigiana whilst it was nice it didn't keep it's heat very long and some toppings were sliding everywhere personally for $34 I would expect a little better but the chips were very well done being perfectly seasoned. I also had a slice of a Pit boss pizza and whilst some people found their food unsatisfactory this certainly was not the case. Everything about the pizza was great and I would come back here just for the pizza alone definitely one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. Pizza was fairly priced too which is an added bonus The atmosphere of The Shoreline Hotel was fantastic and the new renovations make it feel very relaxing with ample space around the restaurant"

"Won’t be returning unless the menu and staff quantities and energy change. Have always had a good meal and experience here, but things appear to have changed or on the day we were there anyway. Booked a table a couple of weeks prior for 6 yesterday (13/5) for 1pm, the polite female waitress who kindly adjusted it to 7 and took our drink and lunch orders was the only flash of creditable customer service we received for the whole experience. Initially, I had to retrieve the tray of drinks myself as the 1/3 full restaurant wasn’t maintainable by the quantity of staff. We were very disappointed in the timing, quality and value of each meal we had. The youngest had to wait the longest by at least 10 minutes and his and other pizza on the table were sloppy at best and not even worthy of a doggy bag. The table next to us who turned up well after, received all of their meals first. There was no salt and pepper on the table, no water topping up and generally no care or attention at all after drinks and meals were taken. $244.00 not well spent."
