I had to ring them 3 times to actually get a delivery date as they have relocated their store & decided they wouldn't do any deliveries during this time. My lounge had been sitting in their storage shed for 2 weeks!!! Lounge arrived in 2 massive boxes that were kindly dumped in the lounge room & left for us to assemble.
