"Called to make an appointment for a exercise stress test. The staff member was very rude basically saying that I send the referral and then they'll call me when in scheduled, which could be months away. She said there is no way I could call back in a week's time after a doctor had looked at the referral for an idea of the wait time. She said I just have to wait. Absolutely terrible attitude this staff member, and terrible process. I went back to my doctor for another referral to a different clinic. Don't go to Barwon Health Cardiology unless your happy to just wait, and wait and wait until they call you in. Time is too precious to wait for them"
