"The receptionist Karen is the rudest human I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I called to make an appointment for an ultrasound to confirm the resolution of an ectopic pregnancy, this ultrasound was to be in 2 months time, just before my next Dr appointment. Karen was argumentative, saying that I had to have it at a certain point in my cycle and was dismissive when I explained I didn't know when that would be due to the ectopic. She was demanding, pushy and condescending. I cannot believe that a phone call to make an appointment had turned into a situation where I was in tears. I called my OBGYN who confirmed it didn't matter what point in my cycle it was. So I called back, only to have Karen continue in a typical Karen style interaction. I was in such a vulnerable place, having just explained the reason for my appointment was pregnancy loss and she chose to behave with not an ounce of kindness. I would never behave this way towards anyone, let alone at work and to a woman who was experiencing loss. This practice is meant to be dedicated to women yet they allow Karen to continue to treat people this way. Reading the mass of negative reviews about the reception staff it is clear the owner either doesn't care about the patients or is related to her. The owner (not the practice manager/fellow receptionist) should offer some response and a promise of action to all of these complaints. I have since cancelled my appointment and made one with Siles, the receptionist was a nice and normal human - a huge improvement from this gd nightmare. * I am writing this review under a different name as this is a private matter however I feel the need to warn other women that this practice is no friend to them"

"Wonderful experience this afternoon. They fit me in on an urgent request from my specialist. Silvana was absolutely amazing so supportive and kind when I was in so much pain. The reception staff were equally as lovely filling up my hot water bottle for the trip home. Highly recommend"

"I attended this venue today, and was a little apprehensive. I just wanted to say, the staff here go above and beyond. The receptionist was really lovely, helpful and polite . My apologies for forgetting her name! Linda who did my pelvic ultrasound, was such a beautiful soul. She explained the whole process, with her findings, every step of the way, in an extremely calm manner, taking any embarrassment out of the equation. I have nothing but high praise for these ladies. I highly recommend this venue. THANKYOU!"

"Emma on Reception was incredibly rude. I rang to confirm my booking and she had no details of my booking or referral. I followed up the referral with my obstetrician and called Emma back but she refused to book any future appointments until she had received the referral and even once received she said she won’t be able to accommodate me as they’re fully booked. This is my third child and I’ve never experienced service like this, she was so unpleasant & unhelpful to speak with. Reception are the face of a business and a reflection of the company, Ultrasound for women need to read these review’s and see there is a common denominator.. I was able to ring a competitor and made a booking for the following week, friendly and willing to help straight away, further enforcing the service I had received was uncalled for. Following on from the owners response: 1. I booked another appointment with a competitor AFTER my experience with Ultrasound for women, I didn’t have this booking prior 2. My obstetrician rang and spoke with the owner after my experience, who was very apologetic, she left all my details and the practice manager was going to call me straight back to discuss, I never received a phone call but you did have my details 3. Emma made it very clear she was not able to book an appointment as you were fully booked - I would not have left this review if you were ‘happy’ to accommodate the following week 4. The person responding to reviews has defended ever negative review, a common theme once again"
