"Met a very lovely team of doctors and receptionist staff. Very supportive and great follow-up from one great doctor, Heather who made sure to visit several times after birth in the postnatal ward. Warm, friendly and very thorough in all options which were explained plainly to me by the doctors."
"I attended Barwon outpatients today , the place was chock o block , we waited 1 hour and was seen to by very pleasant staff , they did a great job , I feel Mr Andrew’s should visit these hospitals to see how hard they work with minimal staff , although I’d say he’d be too busy to climb down from his throne"
"I find it disgusting and disappointing that I held on my ozone for 25 minutes that my call gas progressed in the queue when I finally gir through all the phone just rang and rang and no one answered. I had to check to find our that you close at 4. Not a mention of the time of closing. People's lives are ar risk and no one cares, especially when you only just find out results of your tests"
"Honestly this is such an appalling place for maternity appointments. It is a joke…they don’t do any afternoon appointments ever so you’re always having to take time off work because apparently they only do “morning” appointments…then they can’t even keep to the appointment time! You are lucky to be seen within 2hours of your appointment. The receptionist are extremely rude and have zero manners and could not care less. Don’t have appointment times if you can’t stick to them…there’s a difference and people are understanding if perhaps they’re running 15mins late you can understand, but 2, 3 or even 4hour wait times is a joke."
"Went here today for my first pregnancy appointment. When I arrived I asked the receptionist if the doctor was running on time and she scoffed at me and said they never run on time. After waiting an 1.5 hours I was eventually seen. Apparently this is standard wait time according to the receptionist. She said to expect to wait 1.5-2 hours at each appointment. Which is completely unacceptable! If you can’t keep to appointment times then you need to extend them so patients aren’t waiting obscene amounts of time!! Clearly they need a better booking system, instead of booking clients in 10 minute blocks book them in 20 minute so the day runs smoothly. Asking pregnant patients to spend hours waiting for a appointment is outrages."
