"Extremely Disappointed with the Service- they were ‘servicing’ the pool every six weeks over the last 12 months, haven’t been happy with the service and raised the issues a number of times with them and gave an opportunity to rectify it, they gave us the undertaking that they would and we allowed them to come back out to clean the pool with the undertaking it will be done (after not showing up for over 8 weeks at one point with no apology or explanation which caused everything to be extremely unbalanced in the pool) We allowed them to come back to rectify it, they were supposed to come back 2 times but they only came back once…after no response again we engaged another pool cleaning company who came out and advised that there was no Mineral in our mineral pool! There was no chlorine and the filter was full of Flocking which suggested that these guys never used any chemicals or minerals! I have paid every single invoice (they are not cheap either) on time that was sent believing they were doing what we trusted them to do but now we are out of pocket another $460 due to their failure to do the job they were engaged to do. Absolutely terrible company top to bottom."

"I am sure everyone will agree that it is a little scary when you find new owners of your favourite pool shop. One gets used to and trusts the old ones. Well, I have to say this. I am more than pleased with the service which is as the saying goes, above and beyond the call of duty. Their service calls are very reasonably priced and they attend to all the problems and needs very quickly. All of the team are polite, well-informed and use a collaborative approach. Michael the owner and Greg the manager, don't assume you are a 'dummie'. They explain all the workings of the technology and the functions of the minerals and other products, necessary to keep your pool crystal clear and clean for your health and safety. After all, as they say, this is a more positive situation for both sides, if you keep having the water samples checked by their latest technology, and add what is necessary, keeping the filtering process well-maintained and on track, then you will be happy, and they will be happy in serving you. They only use excellent quality products, and won't try to sell you anything that is not necessary. My pool water is so soft and clear now. They are all well trained and continue to train. I recently had a problem that caused me some anxiety, as I can't live without my pool all year round. Michael, was very sympathetic, and did everything he could to take my worry away, as he said, you are our customer, and you keep up the maintenance with our products, so we will look after you. That was like music to my ears., and took a load off my mind. I wish them the very best in their Poolside shop at Wollongong."
