"Went into store today with husband to buy shoes. He has a really wide foot and finds it hard to find a good fit. Alison really knew her stuff and sorted my husband out, great service along with good product knowledge. It was so nice to get such great service as it is very rare these days. Thank you Alison"

"I came in today and spent over $300 on a paddle board, life jackets, shoes etc. The customer service is terrible when having an issue with Afterpay. I worked it out, it was my phone lock even though I was unlocked, but the attitude I got from the girls at the desk was like they didn't have time or the patience to deal with this. Then, once the payment was successful, she reluctantly got me a bag and just shoves it across the counter towards me without so much as a thank you have a great day, she looked away in frustration. Excuse me, but things like this happen, I wasn't being difficult, my phone was. They were unhelpful and very dismissive. I got home and realised I hadn't got a paddle and decided I didn't want to deal with those girls at Anaconda again so drive an extra 10 mins to BCF who bent over backwards to be of service to me. No issues with payment, smiled and wished me a great day. Needless to say, I won't be going back to Anaconda Wollongong anytime soon! I'd rather go where I'm not treated so poorly!"

"Amazing staff and service! I bought a faulty marquee online for Christmas. I spoke to Craig at Anaconda Wollongong and he was more than apologetic. We were able to exchange the marquee (for a cheaper one) in store. We were happy to buy add ons to make up the price, however Craig then further discounted items so we didn't have to pay extra money for the exchange (a gesture he really did not have to do or we expected). What an absolute legend. Also, Alex in the loading dock let us park our car there free of charge for the inconvenience of coming into Wollongong, as well as dragging 30kg marquees back and forth to our car. Kindness and a bit of banter goes a long way. We will be back!!! Thanks guys!"
