Situated in the heart of Leopold, our centre is conveniently located for families living or commuting through Leopold, as well as nearby suburbs such as Clifton Springs and Curlewis. We are open from 6:30am to 6:30pm, ensuring that we can accommodate the needs of working families.

As you step inside our centre, you will immediately feel at home. Our spacious 2-acre block offers ample outdoor space for children to explore and engage with their environment. With sandpits and a vegetable garden, children are encouraged to discover nature and enjoy outdoor play. Our outdoor areas also provide opportunities for children to test their limits, develop physical strength, balance, and self-confidence.

Inside our centre, children will find engaging indoor spaces that foster exploration and discovery. Our experienced educators plan play-based learning experiences based on children's interests and learning goals. Through purposeful play spaces, children have the opportunity to marvel, create, and test out their ideas using a variety of materials. Literacy and numeracy concepts are seamlessly integrated into play-based learning, allowing children to engage as architects, storytellers, scientists, artists, and designers.

At Little Diggers, we understand the importance of nutrition in a child's development. Our in-house cook prepares healthy, freshly made meals daily, catering to all dietary requirements. Shared mealtimes between children and educators not only strengthen relationships but also provide opportunities to share stories and experiences, as well as model healthy eating practices. Additionally, children are encouraged to assist in selecting edible plants from our vegetable garden, which are used in some of our meals.

Our passionate educators and support staff are dedicated to shaping your children's futures. We offer a range of specialized programs, including yoga, key sign language, and cooking. For our kindergarten room, a sports program is also available at an additional cost. These programs are designed to develop fundamental skills and are regularly offered to your child.

In addition to our in-centre programs, we believe in connecting children with the local community. Our educators and children frequently embark on excursions and welcome special guests, such as dentists, to expand on the children's learning. These community connections foster a sense of belonging and provide opportunities for children to develop social and observational skills.
