"I have always been an "ambassador" of the RACV (Royal Automibile Club of Victoria), because I thought their customer service and their policies are the best out there, until few days ago when I logged a claim.. in fact, my opinion is now that they are the same garbage as Budget Direct.. they (their customer service) got lost in the translation of their own policies and procedures, a simple policy claim, backed up by a video surveillance.. a lack of training and a lack of care on their behalf, brought such a heartache and humiliation to myself, last few days.. RACV "complaint" officer, Kerrie, doesn't even know what the abbreviation RACV (ROYAL Automobile Club of Victoria) stands for.. good on you RACV.."
