"Customer care is poor. With this mob for 9 years watching service drop to rock bottom. So I switched to NIB. 15 days later went to dentist with new health fund, tried to pay with hicaps and declined. Why? Because bupa couldn’t be stuffed sending a continuity letter onto NIB. This is why I’ll never come back to bupa again. (They have 14 days to send out a letter and didn’t in the time allowed). Give him or her a pay rise because they had one job to do and couldn’t do it. Lastly, tried to call bupa and got the bs line of “we’re unexpectedly busy at the moment”. Well that doesn’t bind with me because every time I call it’s the same voice over. Who you kidding bupa?"
