Welcome to Enhance Wellbeing Counselling Geelong, located at 198 High Street in Belmont, Australia. We understand that reaching out for support can be difficult, but we are here to help you on your journey towards healing.

At Enhance Wellbeing Counselling, we specialize in disability, complex trauma, mental health, and overall healing. Our team of experienced counselors and psychologists offer evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and psychotherapy. Whether you prefer face-to-face sessions at our calm and inviting office in Belmont, Victoria, or if you require counseling over the phone or through video link, we are here to accommodate your needs.

We offer face-to-face support and counseling sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and exclusively provide telehealth services on Tuesdays. Please note that at the moment, we do not offer couples counseling or family therapy.

Kate, our Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Senior Lead Counselor, is registered with Medicare to offer rebates, and we are also a registered NDIS provider. With over 25 years of experience in youth work, counseling, social work, and pastoral care, Kate has helped individuals of all ages navigate through issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, domestic abuse, burnout, trauma, and relationship challenges.

In addition to our dedicated team, we have two adorable Maltese Shi Tzhu dogs named Piper and Lily who are a part of our practice. These hypoallergenic and non-shedding dogs provide emotional support, companionship, and relief from symptoms related to mental health. They are often present during sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Lily, who is 3 years old, enjoys lunchtime walks, pats, and playing with her toys. Piper, who is 9 months old, is energetic, outgoing, and loves people, walks, and snuggles. She is currently in training to become a therapy assistant.
