"Very disappointing service! Called on Wednesday to book a telephone consult with a GP. Was told only Friday was available, which was fine if no other appointments before then. However they couldn’t give me a time… just the doctor will call you when they’re free. Thought it was supposed to be an appointment, i.e. scheduled. Receptionist then hangs up without even confirming my contact number, as the doctor calls you. I had to call back and provide them my latest as they only had an old number. Call again today Friday and advised will be called between 12-1pm. Get no call, call them again at 1pm to be told he will contact you shortly, 1:20pm still no call. Then call back again and they tell me the doctor tried to call me on my old number… yet Wednesday I provided the number to call me on. So now have to wait as other patients now waiting to see the doctor. Very disappointing when I am very unwell and being stuffed about for a simple tele-consult which should be straightforward to arrange and carry out. Reception staff needs retraining and better processes set up to ensure quality patient service in making appointments. Doctor otherwise was great. So a shame the booking service was so poor"

"I wish I can give 0 star, Very unmanaged clinic, Cancelled my appointment once due to not have dr, Rebooked for flu vaccine, advised that they don’t have any gp and send back. Horrible service.. Why cannot they call before patient arrive to go clinic."

"Thought they were lovely when I visited. Scheduled me in the same day when I was ill. Doctor was very kind and took good care of me. Receptionists were also very nice"
