"I wish I read reviews before ordering my furniture here. I ordered some of my furniture from Focus on Furniture but I received different items after almost 6 weeks, also instead of solving the problem and being responsible for their fault, they offered me to order the right sofa again which took 2 months to come from overseas or refund the current price of the sofa which was $200 less than the price that I paid. They were just trying to convince me to wait again to get the right sofa however it was Focus on Furniture's fault. My experience with Focus on Furniture was horrible with shocked on the first day we got our furniture, so much stress and making phone calls to solve a problem which never solved. Poor customer care service, Not recommended."
"I am writing my experience because I don't want this happen to someone else too. I had an order the set of 2 and 3 seater sofa which it was 999, but I have got a wrong item and now they are offering me to come and take the wrong item from my house and give me back of my 400 of my money or I should wait for 2 more months to get my item. Focus on Furniture is not a trustable company with so many fault in their products. I will attached the photos of my receipt and the product for all customers to be more careful when they are going to choose focus on furniture."

"I am very surprised by all the negative reviews left here and as we just purchased a brand new lounge from Focus on furniture I feel abit worried as we had a VERY awful terrible experience with the next door competition Fantastic furniture but I must admit, The beautiful Aria charcoal fabric bed I purchased 3 years ago from Focus On furniture is still as beautiful as the day we put it together. Heavy, great quality, stunning bed and can't complain for the price we paid! $699 on sale, now they retail for around $899+. Today our new couch arrived (Vento) from Focus & the male sales person I ordered with in the geelong store was fantastic, Ordered on Thursday delivered today! Super happy with it so far and hope to have a positive experience continue on."
