"I went into the shop 4 weeks ago, looking for a side table, I did two laps of the store with no one approaching me or asking if I needed a hand, I walked past the service desk where two women were too busy talking about their weekend quite loudly instead of saying hello to me. I left. Today I went into the store looking for a new mattress, I probably spend 30 minutes going around and laying on some mattresses, once again I had no one approach me or ask if I needed a hand, the store was not busy either times maybe only one other customer. After 30 minutes I gave up and left and went to the bed shed next door"
"DONT SHOP HERE! Went to go buy a lot of furniture items that we liked on the website but wanted to view them before buying. 4 staff members just standing around talking to each other behind the registers. So we walked around the whole store and not a single person even looked at us. We tested a chair and a staff member totally ignored us and straightened the chair as I stood up. And in the past we had items delivered. The delivery company refused to take the items upstairs. We are both tiny 5foot people and we had to carry them up the stairs ourselves. Extremely disappointing. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!"
