Customer service is a bit hit and miss, have had good experiences but also bad.. last week I was using the self serve check out and had 3 items, I decided I didn't need one of the items and needed the lady to remove it from my screen as I had already scanned it. Looking around I noticed the lady chatting with who seemed like a friend she knew for quite a while. I couldn't get her attention as it was down the other end of checkouts but she seemed disinterested to help none the less. So I took what I needed and went to the self serve next in line and left the item I didn't want at the original checkout."
"Came in here on a lovely, sunny Saturday afternoon, my will to live somehow above zero. However, I was dismayed to be paying over three times my expected price for a new pair of work shoes, upon purchasing these, I arrived back home to discover they were already broken, I sank to my knees in horror, devastated, my kids gathered asking what was wrong, I couldn't bring myself to respond. Alas, I continued, arriving at my worksite the next day, greeted by my supervisor with the question, "what the **** are those work boots?", I was promptly fired and now the kids are going hungry, cheers Target."
