He was out measuring in the next couple of days and had my quote, (that was very reasonable) with a 3D drawing sent to me within 2 days. "We asked Jade to build three custom cabinets for us, and also to fit out three built-in wardrobes with drawers and hanging space. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. Jade Kitchens were recommended to us by an interior decorator/colour consultant (Asha Ardill, in case you're looking for one - she's great too). We had some specific needs in our cabinetry, including a LEGO storage solution, a place for NBN items to be stored, and I needed something in my office space that had to fit certain items. We also wanted to make sure it looked great. We worked through all of that, and Jade were fantastic in terms of responding to our needs (thanks Jackson in particular). As we got closer to installation, we realised that we could ask them to also fit out some built-in wardrobe spaces. We've previously had cheaper built-in wardrobe quotes, and also lived in a place that had the stuff you can get from places like Bunnings. They do the job, but... you get what you pay for. They weren't great. One of the big issues for us is that drawer rollers often get bent out of shape and don't work. No issue here. The stuff that Jade has installed has really been fantastic, and certainly feels solid. Jade also helped us with a few issues in our kitchen. We'd previously had other kitchen installers who had replaced some doors for us, but hadn't colour matched. No problem, Jade Kitchens could fix that, and we're very happy with the results. They also replaced a few hinges and door openers that were misbehaving. And one final thing they did, which we threw at them last minute, was to replace a couple of bits of cabinetry in the laundry that had had some water damage. And not only that, but all of the material looks fantastic. Our new cupboard look like they were built-in from day one, rather than an afterthought. And they have some beautiful options in terms of finishers, too. We've certainly had cheaper quotes in terms of things like built-in wardrobes, and even put a cheaper one into our own walk-in robe. Jade may offer cheaper alternatives to what we bought, we didn't really look at that, because we have kids who destroy things, so we wanted to make sure the stuff that we've built in would last. And, we have absolutely no doubts about it. So, you may find cheaper elsewhere, but our experience is that cheaper options just don't look as good, and often tend to break. You won't get this quality with cheaper alternatives - and we absolutely love the quality of their work. One last thing to mention is the service. Everyone that we've dealt with at Jade has been awesome. Jackson was brilliant in terms of working through a few design options (and even a few that we didn't end up going ahead with). Julie and Grant have also been so lovely, and the installers just couldn't do enough. If you spotted something, they fixed it. They even spotted a few things that we didn't notice, and said they weren't happy with it, so they got it fixed anyway. Really solid service, and everyone is genuinely nice. So, Jade has impressed us with their service, their designs, their materials, the quality of their product, the quality of their installation work, and their value for money. We're really really happy with their work."

"We had our kitchen, study area/hutch and TV entertainment unit designed and installed by Jade Kitchens. It couldn’t have been any better. The whole experience from planning, designing, delivery to installation was carried out with perfection. Nothing was too hard. It was so easy to discuss any change of plans with Julie and Jackson, who absolutely understood what we wanted. Sam, the installer was very good and nothing ( including walls that were not square/straight) was too much of an issue.
