"Based on a family recommendation to use My Dental Team Shellharbour I was expecting quality service. Today was meant to be my first appointment. Upon arrival I soon found out that my appointment was no longer booked. The reasoning was that I had not confirmed my attendance prior via an apparent text msg. However I soon found out they didn't have the right mobile number to start with. If a business cannot scribe simple patient details into their system which they rely on for confirmations then I ponder at the overall quality of service. Back to Pacific Smiles for me. Avoid this dentist if you want professional service from the start."
